The details for MSA conference are below.  There is a Register online link. If  you plan to attend the conference could you please fill it out. This is for everyone that is going to attend , even if you aren’t staying at the hotel.  Also for those who have already let us know that you will be attending ,  could you please fill it out so we will have the totals for the food count.

Dr. Golbe will provide an overview of MSA including its cause,
epidemiology, symptoms and natural history.

About the Conference

There is NO FEE for the Conference.

Food is provided by the Support Group on Friday Night (Hors d’oeuvres and Beverages) and Breakfast and Lunch Buffets on Saturday. Beverages will be provided throughout the day.

***IF anyone in your party requires a special diet, you must let us know specifically what your dietary requirements are when you make your reservation so we can give the hotel food supervisor notice of the special needs.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses.

Hilton Overnight Lodging:

The Hilton has given us a group rate and you can register online for Friday and/or Saturday nights. If you desire to extend your stay, you will need to call the hotel @ 908-820-2914 and ask for the SDS/MSA group rate.

Room Rate: $105.00 plus tax (total of ~~$123) if reserved by August 17th.

MSANJ Fundraiser Dinner-Dance
Fundraiser being sponsored by the MSA New Jersey group that with concurrently with our Social Hour/ Reception. Patients and their families are invited to join them for dessert after our reception.
