Week 136 ” Catching the ball”

A much shorter week – we have been in the gym each day, no pool this week – cold wind and a drop in temperature. While throwing a small ball to Jill which is part of our routine I noticed a huge improvement in her catching and her co-ordination with the ball. Is this from the Stem Cells?

We have been waiting for a call from our OT and things with the bathroom are progressing very slowly. We have been playing the EBay game. I looked for a Triton work bench – after using one at Chris’s while doing the decking. There have been several for sale – most are out side the state and are only pickup sale. I considered  one in Melbourne but it kept going up in cost. It is interesting contesting in the auction. I will keep looking. Part of our alterations to accommodate the on-suite is to increase the size of the built in robe in the rear bedroom and to install shelves , drawers and multiple hanging space. I figure that I can save a few hundred dollars if I do it my self.

We had a phone call from our Physio – Beth – she wanted to let us know that she was leaving the hospitatal to take up a position with Bicycle Australia – which will give her some overseas travel as well – All the best Beth.

We have finally allowed Jess out into the backyard each day; she is now sitting at the door waiting for me to let her out. This is the second time this morning – I had hoped that this would reduce the use of the litter tray but currently she is coming back to the door – miaowing to be let in – uses the litter tray and then wants to go back out again. Time will tell.

I purchased some new 6×4 photo paper – It is manufactured by Post –it. This allows you to stick shots in everyday places – they are easy to put up and take down, removes cleanly. This is great for putting photos on the fridges.

See you next week on the net.

The finishing touches around the bricks.  Finally the decking is ready for use
